Responsibilities:  

1. Deliver SAP ETD Patterns: 

  • Work closely with clients to identify security risks, design effective security strategies, and provide expert guidance to enhance their cybersecurity posture. 

  • Understand and develop required patterns, collaborating with subject matter experts and process experts to design optimal solutions. 

  • Generate and challenge various solutions before discussing with stakeholders. 

  • Work with the customers on timely content packages installation.

2. Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: 

  •    Analyze and propose design changes to improve existing solutions. 

  •    Provide analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, training, and documentation for project work. 

  •    Drive the implementation of SAP ETD Security best practices and standards. 

3. Develop Team Competence:   

  •    Provide relevant knowledge transfer to service team members. 

  •    Ensure compliance with ITIL processes and internal procedures. 

  •    Analyze the current environment, propose improvements, and execute internal improvement projects. 

Must-Have Skillset: 

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in SAP vulnerability scanning, SAP Enterprise Threat Detection patterns creation, and alert monitoring. 

  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end SAP ETD implementation projects as SAP ETD consultant, which includes requirement gathering, specification creation, pattern configuration, SAP content package installation. 

  • SAP Solution Manager 7.2 and Focused Run:  end-to-end implementation experience, Advanced skillset in configuration and customization of SAP Solution Manager functionalities and modules such as Technical Monitoring, Business Process Operations, and System Monitoring. 

  • SAP Security and GRC: strong understanding of SAP systems, modules, and processes is essential. Candidates should have expertise in SAP security concepts, roles, authorizations, and user management. Familiarity with SAP GRC solutions such as Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management is highly desirable. 

  • A deep understanding of the SAP system architecture, including knowledge about different SAP modules, data structures, and log file formats.

  • Knowledge of the SAP HANA database and related technologies, including network and operating system components is advantageous.

  • Deep technical knowledge in threat modeling and IT risk assessment projects, being able to detect suspicious activities, generate alerts, and create detailed reports. 

  • Experience in SAP solutions security (S/4HANA, SAP EWM, SAP TM, SAP SCM, SAP PI/PO, SAP BTP, etc.). 

  • Participation in SAP solutions integration testing, troubleshooting, and technical issue resolution is advantageous. 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and analytical skills.
